Lost and Found Policy

As per the new rules of Dubai tourism and Dubai Police, Hotels must follow the following rules in the case of 'Lost and found' items in the hotel rooms and premises:

1. Hotel must record all the lost items in a log book which will be available for police inspection.

2. After 3 months, all the found items must be handed over to the nearest police station.

3. Police station will keep these items for further 3 months after which they will be auctioned and the income would be given to charity.

All the hotel establishments must inform their guests the above instructions through website or publications.
