Lost and Found Policy:
The hotel has a lost and found section which is part of our Security Department.
High Value Items:
In line with local regulations, valuable items such as jewelry, watches, gold, cash or similar commodities must be kept for maximum of 30 days after which they must be given to the local authorities.
Non-Valuable Items:
Items which are not mentioned in the above list of valuables must be kept for a maximum of 31 days, after which they are disposed of in line with the company policy.

According to the guidance received from the U.A.E Federal Tax authority with effect from 1st January 2018 the VAT 5% is levied on the room rate and service charge.
